Seaweed Salad ( Kinilaw na Guso )
Small Description of Recipe: Marinated Seaweeds in Vinegar. Seaweeds are consumed by coastal people, particularly in East Asia, like Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Filipino.
180 gms guso (seaweeds)
1 cup vinegar
1 cup onion, chopped
2 pcs tomatoes, chopped
10 gms ginger, sliced
1. Clean the guso thoroughly.
2. Blanch guso in hot water.
3. Mix guso with the rest of the ingredients.
Notes: You can also use other seaweeds like lato or lukot. Or mix this three kind of seaweeds.
